Welcome to Realust.com. By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), the Realust app for iPhone (the “App”), or the Realust Text Line, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Site is operated by corporate.ooo, a subsidiary of Dallas Brands LLC (“Realust,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Use of the Site

Realust.com provides real estate market data, city statistics, and related information for the North Texas area for general informational purposes. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial research and reference.

You agree not to:

  • Reproduce, scrape, or redistribute the Site’s content without prior written consent
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation or security
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when communicating with us

Realust App

These Terms also apply to the App. The App is free and does not require an account.

  • AI answers. “Ask about any North Texas city” uses an AI model to turn your question into filters on our city data. Results always come from our data, but the filters may not match exactly what you meant. Answers are for general information only. Do not include personal information in a question. Questions may be limited per hour.
  • Your weights. Custom category weights change the order of cities on your device only. They do not change any city’s official Realust Score.
  • Local partners. Partner cards are paid listings, labeled as sponsored. They do not affect any city’s data or score, and a listing is not an endorsement. Partner spots are sold on realust.com only, not in the App.
  • Local agent. Stacey Haynes is a licensed Texas sales agent with Compass and is affiliated with Realust. Contacting her is optional. The Texas Real Estate Commission Information About Brokerage Services and Consumer Protection Notice are linked in the App.
  • Apple. These Terms are between you and corporate.ooo, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to the App and may enforce them.

SMS Terms (Realust Text Line)

  • Program: The Realust Text Line lets you text the Realust team with questions about North Texas cities, our city data, and advertising with Realust. Full details are on our SMS page.
  • How to opt in: Text INFO (or any message) to (469) 630-3600. By texting us, you agree to receive SMS replies from Realust related to your inquiry.
  • Message frequency: Varies based on your conversation.
  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Realust does not charge for text messages.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you text us again.
  • Help: Reply HELP or email mail@realust.com.
  • No purchase required: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: We do not purchase phone number lists and only reply to people who text us first. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and the Realust scoring methodology, is the property of corporate.ooo / Dallas Brands LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, corporate.ooo, Dallas Brands LLC, and their owners, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the App or reliance on any information provided through the Site, the App, or by text message.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless corporate.ooo, Dallas Brands LLC, and their owners, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or the App or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site, the App, or the Realust Text Line after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
