Advertiser Terms

These Advertiser Terms (the “Terms”) apply to every paid partner placement on Realust.com, including the Single City, City Pack and Category Exclusive packages. Realust.com is operated by corporate.ooo, a subsidiary of Dallas Brands LLC (“Realust,” “we,” “us”). “You” means the business purchasing a placement. By completing checkout, you agree to these Terms and to our general Terms and Conditions.

1. Placements

  • Single City: one partner spot on one Realust city page.
  • City Pack: partner spots on up to 5 city pages you choose, shown in the top position.
  • Category Exclusive: a partner spot on every Realust city page, shown in the top position, as the only paid partner in your category across the site.

Placements appear in the “Local partners” section of the city pages you purchased. We may change the design, layout or position of that section to improve the site, as long as your placement stays reasonably visible on each purchased page.

2. Category Exclusivity

We sell one partner spot per category, per city page. Current categories are Mortgage & lending, Movers, Home services and Featured local business. Exclusivity applies only to paid partner placements in your category on the pages you purchased. It does not cover our editorial content, city data, blog articles, third-party data sources, or businesses mentioned outside the partner section. If two sales for the same spot happen at the same time, the earlier completed checkout keeps the spot and the other is refunded in full.

3. Founding Rate

If you buy during the Founding Partner program, your price stays the same for as long as your subscription remains active without interruption. If your subscription ends for any reason, including cancellation or failed payment, and you later return, the rates in effect at that time apply.

4. Billing and Renewal

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.
  • Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes that may apply.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it. If payment is not completed within 14 days, we may pause or end your placement and release your spot.
  • You are responsible for keeping your billing details current through the billing portal.

5. Ad Review and Content Standards

After checkout, you submit your ad details (business name, logo, link and a short pitch). We review every ad before it goes live, usually within 1–2 business days. We may decline any ad; if we do, you receive a full refund. Ads must not:

  • Be false, misleading or deceptive, including guaranteed approvals, rates or outcomes
  • Promote anything unlawful, adult, hateful, or related to weapons, tobacco, vaping or cannabis
  • Express or imply any preference, limitation or discrimination in housing, lending or services based on a protected class under the Fair Housing Act, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act or other applicable law
  • Infringe anyone else’s trademark, copyright or other rights
  • Link to pages with malware, deceptive redirects or content that violates these standards

You must hold every license your business requires (for example, NMLS licensing for mortgage lenders and brokers, or TxDMV registration for movers) and include any disclosures the law requires in your linked materials. We may edit your pitch for length, formatting or clarity without changing its meaning.

6. Your Content

You grant Realust a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your business name, logo, pitch and link on Realust.com for as long as your placement is active, and in examples of the partner program. You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you submit. You can update your ad at any time by texting (469) 630-3600 or emailing mail@realust.com.

7. Labeling and No Endorsement

Partner placements are labeled “Sponsored,” and their links are tagged as sponsored. Placements never affect a city’s Realust Score, rankings or data. A placement is advertising, not an endorsement, recommendation or review of your business by Realust.

8. Flat-Fee Advertising Only

You pay a flat fee for advertising placement only. Realust does not refer customers to you, sell leads, receive referral fees or share in revenue from any transaction, and your fee is not tied to the number of visitors, leads, applications or closings. Realust is not a real estate brokerage and does not act as an agent for buyers, sellers, renters or advertisers. If your business offers real estate settlement services, you are responsible for making sure your advertising complies with RESPA and other laws that apply to you.

9. No Performance Guarantee

We do not guarantee any level of traffic, impressions, clicks, calls, leads or sales. The site may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control, and short outages do not qualify for credits or refunds.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You can cancel at any time through the billing portal, with no calls or forms.
  • Monthly plans stay active until the end of the paid month. Yearly plans stay active until the end of the paid year.
  • 30-day money-back guarantee: within 30 days of your first payment for a new placement, you can ask for a full refund for any reason, and your placement will end.
  • After that, payments are not refundable, except: (a) a full refund if we decline your ad, or if the spot you bought was already taken; and (b) a prorated refund of the unused portion if we end your placement for reasons other than a breach of these Terms.

11. Removal

We may pause or remove any placement that breaks these Terms, receives credible complaints of fraud or harm, or links to content that changes after approval in a way that breaks these standards. We will tell you why by email. Placements removed for a breach of these Terms are not refunded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of corporate.ooo, Dallas Brands LLC and their owners, officers and employees for any claim related to your placement is limited to the amount you paid Realust in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless corporate.ooo, Dallas Brands LLC and their owners, officers and employees from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your ad content, your linked materials, your products or services, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. For active partners, material changes take effect 14 days after we email you, and you may cancel before then. Your founding rate is not affected by changes to these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
