Westwood Estates 1–3 are zoned to Degan Elementary (B in 2026 and 2025) and send ninth and tenth graders to Lewisville High's Killough campus; 4–6 go mostly to Vickery Elementary, which fell from B to D, with about a fifth of homes at Parkway (C to D), and to the Harmon campus. Juniors and seniors attend the main Lewisville High campus, and Lewisville ISD redrew Degan's zone when it closed Creekside Elementary after 2024-25, so confirm older school information with the district.

Zones from Lewisville ISD's School Locator map (2025-26 attendance boundaries, after the district's 2025 elementary closures). Lewisville High's ninth and tenth graders attend its Killough or Harmon campus, and Hebron and Marcus have separate ninth-grade campuses; TEA rates these campuses as part of their high school. Ratings are TEA's 2026 A–F grades, released August 2026, with 2025 grades where we found them; TEA hasn't published 0–100 scores for these campuses. Zones follow street lines and can change, so confirm any address with the district.
HOAs and neighborhood associations
We found no HOA. A listing in Westwood Estates 1 says "HOA: None", neighborhoods.com lists no association fee, and we found no association website, state HOA registry filing or city neighborhood-association listing. That means no dues, no association pool and no architectural review; city code and any recorded deed restrictions set exterior standards. City parks border both sections.
All sections
No HOA
No HOA foundNone found (per listings)
A listing in Westwood Estates 1 shows no HOA, other listings show no dues, and neighborhoods.com leaves its association-fee field blank. City parks and the city's Sun Valley pool take the place of association amenities.
- Sun Valley Park (5 acres) and Iris Lane Park border Westwood Estates 1–3
- Austin Kent Ellis Park (5 acres) and Sylvan Creek Park sit between the two sections
- The city's seasonal Sun Valley Aquatic Center, on S. Valley Pkwy, has a 25-yard competition pool, a leisure pool, two body slides, a lazy river and a tot pool
- Creekview Greenbelt (15 acres) is about 0.3 mile away
Lewisville doesn't publish a neighborhood-association map, so association names, dues and amenities come from each association's website and posted documents, the Texas HOA management-certificate registry and recent listings, checked November 2026. Ask for the resale certificate and any recorded deed restrictions on a home. We found no HOA or neighborhood association for these sections: recent listings show no association dues. Older Lewisville subdivisions can still carry recorded deed restrictions, so ask for them on any home.

Wood names
The streets carry "-wood" names that echo Westwood: Springwood, Elmwood, Ashwood, Briarwood, Winterwood, Brownwood, Hillwood and Eastwood drives, and Pinewood, Redwood, Firewood, Janwood, Fernwood and Lynnwood places. Woodmere Dr follows the pattern; Kingston Dr is the exception.
We didn't find a document explaining the street names or the Westwood name. MLS records often call the plats "Westwood Estate" (singular), as in Westwood Estate 1 and Westwood Estate 5; a 2012 state filing and some listings use "Westwood Estates".
