Northlake

Northlake is a rapidly growing, semi-rural-to-suburban town with a mix of new subdivisions, acreage parcels and significant logistics/industrial growth nearby—appealing for buyers who want newer housing and larger lots with relatively lower prices than upscale neighbors, while accepting increasing development, truck/industrial traffic in areas, and a largely car-dependent lifestyle. Northlake combines master-planned neighborhoods, starter-to-upscale single-family homes and remaining rural acreage with expanding commercial and industrial nodes along major corridors; residents get newer construction, improving retail and easy access to SH 114, I-35W and the Alliance corridor for commuting, but should expect more roadway traffic and occasional noise near logistics parks.
